Automatically setup network interface

It would be nice if onionmasq would have on option such as --create-interface that automatically creates the onion0 interface with the appropriate settings using rtnetlink, assuming it does not cause any conflicts with the existing system setup.

Of course, the interface should probably also be deleted once onionmasq exits.
