update Java, Gradle, and build image

Tor-VPN is now depending on:

  • gradle 9.1
  • Java 21
  • compile SDK 36
  • target SDK 35
  • build tools for SDK 35
  • trixie as build image

We should align onionmasq to this build environment and dependencies. It will make our lifes easier to create reproducible builds.

These changes will require to update the build.gradle syntax as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
