Arti bootstrap failures in oniux shell

When I start running oniux bash, some subsequent runs (after exiting or in another terminal) throw me "ERROR oniux] Arti bootstrap failure: timed out". Force installing arti (which often takes a while) eventually resolves this. Does this have anything to do with some caching or temporarily created files that I need to just delete? (I am on Debian Bookworm)
