Missing ciphersuite in tor spec

On line 162-164 the tor-spec document mentions:

implementations MUST support the SSLv3 ciphersuite
"SSL_DHE_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA", and SHOULD support the TLS
ciphersuite "TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA" if it is available.

The rest of the document mentions SSL_DHE_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA, TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA and TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA.

PS: Is there a Tor-spec component? I could not find it, so Tor component with keyword spec.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
