tor man page says you can use nicknames for node selection

E.g.

[[ExitNodes]] **ExitNodes** __node__,__node__,__...__::
    A list of identity fingerprints, nicknames, country codes and address
    patterns of nodes to use as exit node

do nicknames still work here, now that we've gotten rid of the Named flag in practice?
