Add coverage markers to LZMA and Zstd compression backend

The LZMA and Zstd compression backend lacks coverage markers in some paths. For example: where encoder/decoder initialisation fails.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
