Not sure if this was due to that, anyway the [warn] message said,

So I'm putting Tor 0.3.1.5-alpha as the version.

Hm. I didn't see an obvious cause here, so I've added some stack traces to those warnings with 9c404602, which should appear in future releases of 0.3.1 and 0.3.2. If you get any stack traces here, please paste them on this ticket.

For what it's worth, this bug is probably harmless, but it sure is annoying, and we should fix it anyway.
