RendPostPeriod and HiddenServiceAuthorizeClient are v2 only

RendPostPeriod and HiddenServiceAuthorizeClient only apply to v2 onion services. We should update the man page so this is clearer.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
