Reproducible Tor releases

It might be useful to have that the generation of the Tor release tarballs are reproducible by multiple people from the Git source tree.

This could allow us to do things like:

  • Having multiple people sign a release (since they are able to generate the release themselves and sign it).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
