tor-0.2.2.23 alpha fails to compile on Mac OS X 10.4.11, PowerPC, G3

Version of gcc installed by default is: gcc (GCC) 3.1 20020420 (prerelease)

After ./configure, make ends with the following messages: cpp-precomp: warning: errors during smart preprocessing, retrying in basic mode make[3]: *** [crypto.o] Error 1 make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make: *** [all] Error 2

The pre-compiled Tor and Polipo inside the Vidalia bundle work fine, although Vidalia itself does not.

Thanks, Artemis
