Remove ping ::1 from tor's test-network-all and simplify the logic
After legacy/trac#30459 (moved) is merged into chutney, and everyone updates, we can remove the complicated checks for IPv6 from tor's test-network-all.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
