Prop 313: 8.2. Test IPv6 Stats on the Tor Network

We want to test the IPv6 connection and bandwidth statistics on the public network, with a small number of relays and bridges.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
