ExitNodes not respected on all websites

I described this issue here: https://tor.stackexchange.com/questions/21671/exitnodes-not-respected-on-particular-website

ExitNodes works for me on most websites but doesn't on this one website. It used to work fine until I updated Tor to version 10.0.1. I tried version 10.5 and have the same issue.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
