Looks like we broke `DirPort auto`?

Right now on the maint-0.4.5 branch, test_parseconf.sh is failing for me. It looks like this is because tor -orport auto -dirport auto doesn't work any more. I think that the failure might be dependent on my network configuration. When I run that command line, I get this error:

Nov 17 08:16:24.760 [warn] Configured public relay to listen only on an IPv6 address. Tor needs to listen on an IPv4 address too.

@dgoulet, I think this might be related to a patch of yours that we just merged for #40071 (closed). Any ideas?
