Got a PADDING_NEGOTIATE from relay at xxx. This should not happen.

(This is maybe not the right place but i will put it here because i don't know where to put it).

Today in the logs of my non-anonymous onion service that is only known by me:

Sep 13 03:31:43.000 [warn] Got a PADDING_NEGOTIATE from relay at 107.189.12.71:443 ID=pWbqtq5+XZY0xFazlHrGfOW8GWTgKbKWIxrfpeUn2CQ RSA_ID=8A079D90375529B9A07EB7DF0CF5C64AD3E0E292 (8A079D90375529B9A07EB7DF0CF5C64AD3E0E292). This should not happen.

Both relays are in the same family.
