Update URL in warning message when initiating Tor
A forum user has reported receiving the following message in terminal when initiating Tor:
When you start Tor in the terminal, you get the warning
Tor can't help you if you use it wrong! Learn how to be safe at https://www.torproject.org/download/download#warning. However, https://www.torproject.org/download/download#warning redirects to https://www.torproject.org/download/#warning, and there’s no #warning to jump to, and there’s no warning to read.
I wonder if this URL is an artifact of the old website, since I don't recall ever seeing a warning section on torproject.org/download. Gus informs me the correct link on the new website should be the following instead:
