Summary
When we see this in the log file we would assume the tor_bug_reached metric is increased, but it does not:
conflux_validate_legs(): Bug: Number of legs is above maximum of 2 allowed: 3#012 (on Tor 0.4.9.0-alpha-dev )What is the current bug behavior?
tor_bug_reached counter does not increase in this example
What is the expected behavior?
tor_bug_reached counter should increase.
