"CellStatistics 1" causes OOM at VPS tor relays

After I removed (==commented out)

CellStatistics 1
ConnDirectionStatistics 1
EntryStatistics 1

from the torrc of 2 relays (VPS, 2 vCPU, 4 GiB RAM, Debian bookworm) at 18:00 (UTC), the used RAM did no longer increase:

as seen e.g. for the relay CE9611605E05E9131C868D84E7E325FD1D8754EB
