[Bridge] Inconsistency in displayed metrics

Hi! I today noticed this loglines (even though they are not recent):

obfs4-bridge-1  | Jan 31 21:49:01.000 [notice] Heartbeat: Tor's uptime is 27 days 6:00 hours, with 0 circuits open. I've sent 4059.66 GB and received 4095.53 GB. I've received 38600 connections on IPv4 and 0 on IPv6. I've made 880151 connections with IPv4 and 0 with IPv6. We are currently hibernating.
obfs4-bridge-1  | Feb 01 03:49:01.000 [notice] Heartbeat: Tor's uptime is 3:49 hours, with 174 circuits open. I've sent 4060.36 GB and received 4113.42 GB. I've received 38737 connections on IPv4 and 0 on IPv6. I've made 882222 connections with IPv4 and 0 with IPv6.

As can be seen the bridge was down due to accounting limitations. When it came back up, the "uptime" did reset, but the transfer amounts didn't. This today gave me a shock seing this last logline with so much traffic (What if tor hits my providers limits and my urgent services are down?):

So if the uptime is reset, I would also reset the traffic numbers - or make it clear in which timeframe, this traffic was sent.
