A few libressl relays unreachable from moria1, tor26, gabelmoo: "bad key share"
For the past few days moria1 has been voting not Running about Serge. Turns out tor26 and gabelmoo also think it is not Running.
Here are what moria1's logs say in more detail:
Sep 26 02:46:30.022 [info] dirserv_single_reachability_test(): Testing reachability of Serge at 66.111.2.131:9001.

Sep 26 02:46:30.046 [info] connection_or_notify_error(): called for 66.111.2.131:9001
I wonder what 'bad key share' means! I hope it doesn't indicate a growing upcoming compatibility issue between modern OpenSSLs, e.g. because those dir auths moved to trixie.
This reachability issue popped up right around the time we tried setting AuthDirTestReachability 0
on Serge. I don't yet know if it's related (but I don't currently see how it could be).
