Directory authorities on IPv6

Directory authorities don't know enough about IPv6. There are a lot of issues here, two of which are mentioned in legacy/trac#4847 (moved):

  • init_keys()
  • dirserv_generate_networkstatus_vote_obj()
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
