If you say: `(...)Please report the following error message to the Tor developers(...)` it would be good to not just print what the user should report, but in addition at least the Tor version. There might be other information you could include, but I am unsure if they are required or if they just create overhead. The reason I suggest this are the duplicates of legacy/trac#7164, in which developers ask which version the reporter runs.
