​[geoip-may2016](https://gitweb.torproject.org/karsten/tor.git/log/?h=geoip-may2016) contains the updated `geoip` and `geoip6` files with IPv4 and IPv6 ranges and is supposed to be merged into maint-0.2.4 and all 10 or so relevant branches.
