For RSA keys, tor has `tor --list-fingerprint`. We could add a feature to tor so it accepts a key type argument: * `tor --list-fingerprint rsa` * `tor --list-fingerprint ed25519` And defaults to RSA (for now). Related to legacy/trac#30642, which adds an `ed25519-fingerprint` file.
