`translations.txt` claims that the website is translated, and refers to ‘`tor-svn.freehaven.net`’ and ‘pootle’. `TODO` should be either removed or moved to the root directory of the source distribution where a real TODO file would belong. `tor-win32-mingw-creation.txt` tells readers to download and use `openssl-0.9.8l.tar.gz`. (That's probably not the only problem with it.)
