Provide pseudo-code for digest validation

The combination of the digest and recognized field in the tor-spec.txt is only vaguely described in two paragraphs.

Personally, I've done myself a hard time implementing those. I could have imagined that it might have been easier for me, if there were some pseudo-code examples.
