netdoc TODOs arising from formatting MRs
I've been going through the netdoc specifications and tarting them up. I've been trying to avoid making normative changes, since I don't want to delay the formatting work which is very textually intrusive.
Instead, I've been adding TODOs. Naturally, discussion comments on those MRs tend to include answers (or possible answers) to those TODOs. The information in those responses should be transferred to the spec text (or perhaps into tickets or something), not left to languish in the discussions of a closed merged MR.
This ticket tracks that. Each entry in the list is an MR which has comments with useful info about what the spec ought to say. I will add new MRs to this list as they are created or merged, and tick them off as the information has been put somewhere more useful.
As a convention, Resolved threads in these MRs do not need to be revisited. (They will be ones relating to the textual changes, or something.)
