Perform one-off page load time metrics using Tor Browser

OnionPerf gives us some idea of network performance as seen by end-users for bulk transfer, but that is not the typical traffic on the Tor network. Using Tor Browser we can collect page load time metrics and compare with a direct connection to compare and contrast.

This should help to identify bottlenecks, which may be widened through either engineering work on the browser, core tor, or by providing advice to web developers that have Tor users.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
