Better document how exit addresses are used in Onionoo

The search flag should say whether exit addresses are considered in its search parameter. I'm pretty sure that is the case, but I need to confirm this.

From a quick look at the code it's not entirely clear if the exit_addresses field is computed correctly when there is no new exit list to process. Maybe Onionoo leaves out all exit addresses in such a case. That would be a bug. Need to look closer.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
