Switch onionperf throughput metrics to use the last 1MB of the 5MB transfer

After checking the code I can confirm this is indeed calculated from the time between receiving 0.5 and 1 MB of the response. As per Mike's suggestion we'd get better accuracy using the last 1MB of the transfer.

This requires a change to the OP codebase and a corresponding change to the description of the metrics website.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
