onionperf jenkins job retirement

as part of jenkins' retirement (tpo/tpa/team#40218 (closed)), I was going through the configured jobs and stumbled upon this:

since that site was converted into a "vanity site" (ie. a redirect, in tpo/tpa/team#40211 (closed)), i figured that job was inactive and should just be removed already. is that accurate?
