Team wiki page has the wrong link to the metrics timeline

The main page links to https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/metrics/team/-/wikis/timeline, which is a partial and incorrectly formatted version of the former Trac wiki page. The link should instead be https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/metrics/timeline.
