CAPTCHA Monitor Project Integration

I have been developing the "CAPTCHA Monitor" project for keeping track of how exit relays and consequently the Tor users who are using the exit relays get affected by CAPTCHAs on the internet.

We could integrate the data I collect into the metrics website so that users can prefer to choose a specific set of exit relays that gets fewer CAPTCHAs. More importantly, people could work on understanding why some exit relays get more CAPTCHAs than others and how to reduce the amount of CAPTCHAs Tor users receive by using the data.
