MIT had been accumulating Tor IP addresses on its border blocklist

Currently (published 2025-01-13 22:50:00) moria1 is the only directory authority not voting Running, about 392 relays in the consensus.

Other dir auths have this issue but not quite as much as moria1:

We suspect that moria1 is in more malware/ddos blocklists, a la #86 (closed), due to its longer lifetime at that IP address.

This ticket is for me to post traceroutes from my side, and solicit traceroutes from the other side, to either resolve some of the blocks and/or understand what kind of blocks they really are.
