GitLab is used only for code review, issue tracking and project management. Canonical locations for source code are still https://gitweb.torproject.org/ https://git.torproject.org/ and git-rw.torproject.org.
We have a script that is able to keep track of relays that e.g. try to return after we kicked them out of the network. We should make use of that functionality and adapt it if needed.
