Unable to open database file: erpc.db

I left erpc running over night to see what's happening and how the circuit creation is going and found the following in my terminal after getting back to my computer:

[2023-07-11T03:41:12Z ERROR r2d2] unable to open database file: erpc.db

It would be good to figure out what is going on here and resolve the issue.
