Duplicate entries in relationship.node.CIRCUIT_FAILURE.csv exported from sqlite3

After exporting data from SQlite3 to CSV, there are duplicate entries in relationship.node.CIRCUIT_FAILURE.csv file. Also there I found 2 row details in single row. Logical error either in scripts/csvtransformer folder or erpc/erpc-workers/src/db/sqlite3.rs
