Extend the list of countries we provide graphs for

Right now, we're making graphs on daily users from Bahrain, China, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iran, Burma, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Yemen. As soon as (1) we have a sane website that doesn't just list all graphs on one page and (2) we have a database instead of files, we can extend this list to more countries. (1) is the bigger problem than (2) here. Jake would like to see Lebanon, Qatar, and Egypt. In theory we could just provide graphs for all countries in the GeoIP database.
