Announce to other researchers what data and tools we have

We have gathered a lot of data about the Tor network and written tools to analyze these data. We should tell other researchers, so that they can do better research and write better papers with our data. We should also ask them what other data they need that we didn't think of. Maybe we should also put up a list of research abstracts on the metrics website to give people ideas what they might want to work on.
