bw_line_stream has way too few data points

I was checking https://grafana2.torproject.org/d/hixbmxf/bwauths-bandwidth-values?orgId=1&from=now-90d&to=now&timezone=utc&var-fingerprint=FAF0A8829E39063669FA609B904E0FB8D5E1F23F&refresh=1d, and there in particular the bandwidth values related to gabelmoo. We only have indeed 7 data points between 2026-02-02 and 2026-02-18 stemming from bw_line_stream. However, looking at the bandwidth files for gabelmoo during that timeframe we have roughly 400 available. That should result in more than 7 bw_line_streams, I believe.
