Likely missing bandwidth files in clickhouse db

Take the following SQL query which is counting the amount of measured relays in maatuska's bandwidth files:

SELECT f.published AS published, COUNT(node_id)
    FROM bandwidth_file_document AS d FINAL
        INNER JOIN bandwidth_record AS r ON d.bandwidth_record_digest = r.digest
        INNER JOIN bandwidth_file AS f ON d.bandwidth_file_digest = f.digest
    WHERE f.published >= %(start)s AND f.published <= %(end)s AND
          f.dirauth_nickname = 'maatuska'
    GROUP BY f.published ORDER BY f.published

When I check the result for 2025-11-22 - 2025-11-23 I get:

2025-11-22 05:47:48	11688
2025-11-22 06:47:40	11689
2025-11-22 07:47:34	11687
2025-11-22 08:48:13	11685
2025-11-22 13:47:52	11692
2025-11-22 14:47:19	11691
2025-11-22 22:51:01	81516
2025-11-23 23:47:50	11636

That means only a single entry for 2025-11-23. However, I checked the data we have on collector and there we have a bandwidth file from maatuska for every hour on 2025-11-23.

Note the likely wrong value for 2025-11-22 22:51:01 as well. Not sure if that's related.
