Relays long gone are shown as running/Online

I was listing 25 relays after landing on the routers page, which resulted in the URL https://tagtor.torproject.org/routers?limit=25&page=1&keyword=relay&filter=running&untagged=1&sort_by=published

There is a filter running but that one does not seem to work as expected as even long gone relays are shown and marked on their details page as "Online". E.g.:
