Add consumed bw to the server status

I have tried to calculate consumed bw from extra_info_descriptors aggregating network totals and the query is quite complex. I am thinking it might make sense to either add the consumed bw value to the status or compute a bw table instead when parsing server extra_info_descriptors. @juga what do you think?
