`first_seen` date gets updated

Over in #98 (closed) we removed nickname changes from causing an update of the first_seen date of a relay. And this works well as we can see in the third column:

Moreover, changing Tor versions is working fine, too:

The same holds for contact information changes:

So, that's good. However, we still have relays that get their first_seen date updated, which should not happen. See e.g.:

relay-search is showing for that one 2024-09-21 05:00:00 as first_seen date instead.
