Make a work plan for measuring Tor performance using Selenium/Tor Browser

Last week sysrqb started a prototype that uses Selenium/Tor Browser to gather some browser performance measurements over Tor. He did a few initial measurements over a day or two and made a few initial graphs. Let's flesh out what we'll have to do with this prototype to eventually turn it into a permanently deployed measurement tool like our OnionPerf instances. This ticket will then either spawn into several child tickets or, if this ticket gets too long and noisy, be the basis for starting a new project ticket of some sort.

sysrqb, can you maybe start by summarizing what you did and how that worked out? (If not, I can probably say a few things here, but it wouldn't be as accurate.) Thanks in advance!
