Measure the visits to our website's different language versions

New graph proposal:

In the aim to understand how much localization is helping the Tor Project, it would be great to have some numbers about visitors to the different website translations for:

• https://www.torproject.org/
• https://support.torproject.org/
• https://community.torproject.org/
• https://tb-manual.torproject.org/

The translations are nested on their locale, as in https://www.torproject.org/be/ for Belarusian.

Of course we dont want the IPs, just the number of impressions.

Even relative numbers will be ok, like 20% of the visits went to the /be/ subdirectory or something.

For each website, the available languages are at https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/community/-/blob/main/configs/i18n.ini (change community for tpo, tb-manual or support)
