Improve javadoc documentation

Metrics lib has been developed during a long time and provides the basis to all metrics project.

Javadoc documentation is included and can be generated through the ant task doc but some classes are quite big and there are a lot of methods. Also it is not straightforward to grasp some of the architecture of the library for someone that wants to start developing on and with metrics-lib.
