Add views for bandwidth analysis

We had been experimenting with materialized views and functions for bandwidth analysis, but then we had too many triggers that were updating tables recurrently and generating too many logs file at the DB level.

I think me should review and merge the views we are going to need, but we need to move the trigger and functions logic to descriptorParser.
