Start monitoring stream CDF ratio graphs

It would be good if we'd calculate stream ratios on a regular basis in our infrastructure. We might want to have a different tool if we wanted to capture particular time frames but given that Grafana is very powerful (we can query our new DB directly and get results) it might be enough to use our regular monitoring infrastructure.

We could think about potential thresholds for alerts as well.
