I have not been able to figure out why this bug appear and this evil hack might
fix it.

Update the tests and updater.

The change is tested in the NodeDetailsStatusUpdater via the testBridgePoolAssignments() test.
Said this, the test only verify that no functionality is lost. It was not possible to
test completely that the blocklist parameter is add to the relay. I guess this will have to
happen on a test instance.

Point to network-health list instead of metrics-team

Add tests to make sure the bandwidth status is updated properly

The previous style checking fix had broken the descriptor in the
BandwidthStatusUpdaterTest class. This reverts that commit and
fix both style and tests.

This reverts commit a04f8d07.

not being set to null when the fields aren't present in the descriptor anymore.
